The Admissions Process at Shiloh Christian Academy

  1. Contact us through email at info@shilohca.org or call 405-387-2387 to request an application.
     

  2. Complete an application and submit it with the $100 application fee made to SCA.  You may drop it by the Woodland Hills Baptist Church office Monday through Friday between 9:00AM - 4:00PM or mail it to the following address: Shiloh Christian Academy 313 S. Hwy 76  Newcastle, OK 73065
     

  3. Once the application is received, parents will be contacted by phone to schedule a test date and time.
     

  4. After the child has tested, parents will be asked to schedule an interview with the administrator and at least one other member of the Admissions Committee.  At this time, parents will have the opportunity to share their insights regarding a Christian education for their child and will also decide upon one of the four tuition payment options.  
     

  5. Following the testing and interview process and after reviewing the "Principal Evaluation (grade one and above) and Teacher Evaluations", a decision will be made by the Admissions Committee regarding enrollment. 
     

  6. The first round of admissions letters will be mailed no later than April 30; letters to applicants who test after that date are mailed within a few weeks of completion of the testing and interview process.
     

  7. Parents will then have two weeks to submit the Enrollment Agreement, non-refundable first tuition payment, and the $100 enrollment fee.

PLEASE NOTE:  Because of our smaller class sizes, classes may fill quickly.  Preference is first given to siblings of current Shiloh students.  All of other applicants will be considered in the order the application is received.  You are encouraged to complete the application process as soon as possible.
